This set was ordered mainly because of the 2A load resistor and it’s ability to show the battery capacity.
Before I had an ordinary USB tester that could only show voltage and amperage at the moment. In addition to the big screen, in fact, it obtains no advantages. Practically, with that tester you could only see if charging was in progress or not.
The set came without any markings, in a simple transparent bag with the barcode. Inside, there were an USB tester and a load module separately.
The load module is made on 2 large resistors, which transforms the current consumption into heat energy. Therefore, they are strongly heated when using. The switch is used for switching the operating modes - 1A or 2A.
This USB tester also has the microUSB socket to test devices that can only connect to microUSB. For example, a phone power supply with a microUSB cord. Additionally, can store up to 9 readings in non-volatile cells. For this, on the tester body there is a special button. Clicking on this button allows you to switch cells in series. Long pressing resets a cell.

For testing I selected often-used multiple charges (the ones that were at hand).
The first one is a Tronsmart charger (https://ru.aliexpress.com/item/USB-Type-C-or-Micro-USB-1-8M-Cable-Tronsmart-WC1T-Quick-Charge-3-0/32788244088.html) as the best one visually and which can be experimented on. At the time, it was purchased with a coupon -10$ for $4.77.
Let’s turn on the tester with no load and with load 1A.
I expected that the load resistors will get warm, but not so much. When I first turned the device on, there was noticeable smoke, apparently from the paint which the resistors were painted with. The pyrometer showed almost 100 degrees, and it was just in a couple of minutes of switching on 1A. The first conclusion – for normal tests you need a load module with active cooling.
Let`s turn on 2A, the voltage is normal 5.03, the charger confirmed its specifications.
I also decided to measure the temperature at 2A, then realized that it would be better to keep hands off from the load resistors.

As I wrote earlier – it is the most convenient charger, as USB devices have increased, and this charger allows you to charge up to 4 devices simultaneously. It can be placed where you want, and not directly in the socket, like the rest of the monocharges.
Similarly, let’s check the no-load connection on 1A and 2A. On 2A the voltage did not drop below 5V, which also confirms the quality of the charger.

Externally, the charger looks cheap, and it is stated, that it is only for 1A. I want to check it out.
Measurements with no load, 1A, and I decided to check how it will be on 2A.
As you can see, it has already become difficult on 1A, and when the load is on 2A, the voltage dipped below 3V.
And, finally, a branded Xiaomi charger. Smaller than all the others, although the 2A voltage is specified.
But, surprisingly, it holds 2A stable. After 5 min of the test the charger was almost cool, in contrast to the load module.
s a result, USB tester has fully met my expectations. With it, you can not only check the quality of different chargers and USB cables/microUSB devices, but also see capacity of the rechargeable batteries in phones, tablets and so on. It should also be noted that the load module of resistors is not designed for long work, as it strongly heats up.
